1. Scope of Services

Tier I – Concept Design (Clarity Package)

Tier I is a strategic, high-level design service intended to provide clear direction and vision for a space.

Includes:

One initial consultation (up to 60 minutes)

Design concept and overall direction

Mood board and visual references

High-level layout strategy (not to scale unless otherwise stated)

Preliminary product and material direction

Deliverables are provided digitally.

This tier is intended to create clarity, alignment, and a strong design foundation, but does not include detailed drawings, measurements verification, procurement, or implementation support.

Client is fully responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and execution.

Tier II – Design Development

Includes expanded design development and refinement of the approved concept.

Includes:

Space planning (to a more defined level)

Sourcing guidance (furniture, materials, finishes)

More detailed design package and selections

Design recommendations to support implementation

Deliverables are provided digitally.

This tier does not include procurement, order management, contractor coordination, or installation oversight unless explicitly stated in the signed proposal.

Tier III – Design Documentation & Coordination

Includes preparation of design documentation to support third-party execution.

May include:

Furniture layouts (to scale where applicable)

Elevations and design intent drawings

Finish and material direction

Installation guidelines

This tier is intended to bridge design intent into execution; however, AGR Creative Studio is not responsible for construction management, site supervision, or contractor performance unless explicitly outlined in writing.

Tier IV – Full Interior Design Services

Includes comprehensive, full-service design support.

May include:

Concept development and design direction

Space planning and layouts

Material and finish selections

Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specification

Construction documentation (if contracted)

Procurement and order management (if included)

Project coordination (if included)

Scope varies per project and is defined in the signed agreement.

One-Off & À La Carte Services

AGR Creative Studio offers limited, project-specific services such as consultations, sourcing assistance, styling, or design reviews.

Billed hourly or at a flat rate

Scope and deliverables must be defined in writing

Does not include ongoing support, revisions, procurement, or coordination unless stated

2. Service Fees & Payment Terms

All fees, retainers, and payment schedules are outlined in individual proposals.

Work does not begin until agreement is signed and initial payment is received

Payments are non-refundable

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

Additional services outside scope will be billed separately

3. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each service includes a defined number of revisions as outlined in the proposal.

Additional revisions or changes in scope may incur additional fees

Significant changes after approval of a phase may require re-engagement or new scope

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide accurate measurements, plans, photos, and information

Review deliverables in a timely manner

Communicate approvals or feedback clearly

AGR Creative Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Procurement & Purchasing

Unless explicitly stated:

AGR Creative Studio does not purchase, store, ship, or install items

If procurement services are included:

Lead times, availability, and pricing are subject to vendor changes

All purchases are final unless vendor policies state otherwise

Client agrees to vendor terms and conditions

6. Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

AGR Creative Studio is not responsible for:

Vendor pricing, delays, or product defects

Contractor workmanship or execution

Site conditions or unforeseen construction issues

Client is responsible for contracting and managing all third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Timeline

All timelines are estimates.

Delays may occur due to:

Client responsiveness

Scope changes

Vendor lead times

External conditions beyond control

AGR Creative Studio is not liable for delays outside its control.

8. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and materials remain the property of AGR Creative Studio.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the design for their specific project only.

Designs may not be replicated, shared, or used commercially without written consent.

9. Photography & Marketing

AGR Creative Studio reserves the right to photograph and document completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and publication purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

AGR Creative Studio provides design services only.

Not responsible for construction means, methods, or safety

Not responsible for structural, engineering, or architectural compliance

Licensed professionals must be hired where required

11. Cancellation & Termination

All payments made are non-refundable

Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly

AGR Creative Studio reserves the right to terminate services if terms are not met

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and mediation before legal action.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms, along with any signed proposal or agreement, represent the full understanding between AGR Creative Studio and the client.rmance, pricing, lead times, or workmanship of third-party vendors, contractors, or manufacturers. All purchases and contracts with third parties are solely between the client and those vendors.

6. Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may shift based on client responsiveness, scope changes, vendor delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, drawings, and materials remain the intellectual property of AGR Creative Studio. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use of the designs for their project only.

8. Liability

AGR Creative Studio is not responsible for construction execution, installation quality, or work performed by third parties. Licensed professionals must be hired for construction and installation work.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellations and termination terms are governed by the signed client agreement. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be addressed through good-faith mediation prior to any legal action.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, NY.

12. Entire Agreement

These website terms, together with signed proposals and agreements, constitute the entire agreement between AGR Creative Studio and the client
